Shepard's Hand Finds Home of their own!

Shepard’s Hand Daily Press Article (click picture for complete story)  Shepard’s Hand Center is no longer a tenant-about one year after leasing 505 S. 2nd St,, the charity closed on the building on January 6, 2022. Shepard’s Hand founder, Gary Martinez said, “I can truly say we are not homeless, we have a home! Bicycle Outfitters Expands Operations

Bicycle Outifitters Daily Press Article (Click picture for complete story)   On the heels of a successful 2020, Bicycle Outfitters in Montrose is the latest company to reap the rewards of a booming outdoor industry.  The local bicycle shop, owned by Brad Stewart, who oversees the main Bicycle Outfitters shop in Grand Junction, recently moved operations to 105 Merchant Dr, a 7,500 square foot building tha offers increased space via a showroom, offices and storage room, as well as an opportunity to expand operations.

Former Furniture Connection Building sale closes, Ridgway's Bluecorn Beeswax will relocate to the space

Daily Press Article (Click picture for complete story)  Furniture Connection, owner Ed DeJulio, was in the location for 20 years. On May 25th, 2021 Ed handed over the keys to Jon Kornbluh, owner of Bluecorn Beeswax.  The building is an upgrade in square footage, the old building has roughly 4,500 sq ft and the new building boasts just over 25,000 sq ft. The sale was completed by Renfrow Realty, with owner John Renfrow and the Renfrow team hammering out all the details.  (See link for newspaper article)
